摘要 概述了各种用于化学科学研究的光物理技术 ,并对用途极为广泛、公众了解较少的时间分辨荧光各向异性技术的基本测定原理和应用做了较为详细的论述 .指出了光物理技术的最新发展以及国内光物理技术在化学科学研究中的应用现状 .建议国家自然科学基金委员会发挥协调作用 。 Photophysical techniques used in chemical research have been overviewed, and the principles and main applications of the special one, time resolved (fluorescence) anisotropy measurements (TRAMS), have been described in some detail due to its versatile applications and un familiarity to most of the chemical researchers. Recent development in the techniques has been outlined. Furthermore, it has been pointed out that the techniques are very popular in most of the developed countries and even in some developing countries. But in our country the techniques used in chemical research are mainly steady state techniques. Therefore, it has been suggested that the National Natural Science Foundation should play some roles to let the Synchrotron Radiation Source in Hefei establish the facilities for carrying out TRAMS studies.
