血栓闭塞性脉管炎动物模型的动脉内皮细胞的扫描电镜观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :研究动脉内皮细胞在血栓闭塞性脉管炎发病机理中的作用。 方法 :应用扫描电镜技术 ,对血栓闭塞性脉管炎动物模型的动脉内皮细胞进行观察。 结果 :有坏疽症状的动物模型的内皮细胞损伤较重 ,呈无序状排列甚至大片剥脱 ,并有血栓形成。有溃疡症状的动物模型的内皮细胞表现为形态的明显改变和细胞间隙的增大 ,并有血小板的聚集。而红肿症状的动物模型的动脉内皮细胞仅表现为内皮细胞的形态改变。 结论 :动脉内皮的损伤程度与病变的发展程度呈正相关 。 Objective:To explore the role of arterial endothelial cells in the etiologic mechanism of thromboangitis obliterans Methods:To observe the endothelial cell of arterial samples of animal model with thromboangitis obliterans under scaning eletromicroscopy.Results:The arterial endothelial cells of animal model with gangrene in the limbs were of serious damage.There were disordery arrangement,denudate patches and thrombosis in the endothelial cells.In those of animal model with ulceration in the limbs,there were obvious morphologic alterations,increase of cellular gaps and hematoblastic assemblance in the endothelial cells.In those of animal model with swelling in the limbs there was only morphological alteration of the endothelial cells.Conclution:The degree of damage of arterial endothelial cells is positively related to the degree of development of the lesions and this might be the primary step involved in the etiologic mechanism of thromboangitis obliterans.
