摘要
目的:探讨熄风静宁汤对抽动-秽语综合征(TS)患儿神经递质的影响。方法:应用血浆儿茶酚胺高效液相色谱法和酸水解法,对48例TS患儿及24例正常患儿血浆多巴胺(DA)及兴奋性氨基酸—— 谷氨酸(Glu)、门冬氨酸(Asp)进行测定,并对20例TS患儿服用熄风静宁汤前后进行比较。结果:TS患儿血浆DA、Glu、Asp水平明显高于正常患儿,20例TS患儿服用熄风静宁汤后血浆DA、Glu、Asp水平明显下降。结论:TS患儿存在神经递质功能失调,熄风静宁汤可以调节TS患儿神经递质的释放与分泌。
Objective:To study the effect of Xifeng Jingning decoction on the neurohumor in the children with Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome(TS). Methods:The levels of plasma dopamine, amino acid—— glutamic acid and aspartic acid were measured in forty-eight children with TS and twenty-four children with other illness by HPLC and acid hydrolysis. Including which twenty children with TS were observed before and after treatment. Result:The levels of plasma dopamine, amino acid ( glutamic acid and aspartic acid ) in the children with TS were higher than those of normal children. After treatment those levels of the twenty children with TS were decreased obviously. Conclusion:The functions of neurohumor in the children with TS were maladjusted, and Xifeng Jingning decoction can adjust the release and secretion of neurohumor.
