摘要
〔目的〕副溶血性弧菌是常见的食物中毒病原菌,通过对副溶血性弧菌食物中毒菌株的血清型、耐药和tdh（耐热溶血素）trh（耐热相关溶血素）、基因检测,了解本省的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒菌株的主要血清型及相关生物学特征。〔方法〕利用17种不同的抗生素药敏纸片,采用平皿法进行耐药检测;用PCR扩增法,以检测菌株的tdh和trh基因;采用血清凝集试验对菌株进行血清型分型。〔结果〕经检测的50株菌株,显示对β-内酰胺族（如青霉素及头孢等）部分或完全耐药,对氨基糖苷族（如庆大霉素及妥布霉素）、酮诺喹族（如环丙沙星）以及氯霉素等抗生素为敏感反应;对50株菌株其血清型分布于6个O群抗原,而血清型有15个以上。中毒菌株血清型由80年代的O1、O4、O5为主,到90年代以O3、O1、O4为主的变化,其中O3:K6血清型菌株引起的食物中毒有所增加。〔结论〕所检测的50株菌株均有tdh基因,未检到trh基因。
[Objective] The vibrio papaheamolyticus is a kind of common food - born pathogens. Through the serotype, resistance, tdh(thermostability hemolysin gene)and trh( thermostable direct hemolysin - related hemolysin)gene detection of the food poison strain in the Virbrio papahaemolyticus, this paper studied the main serotype and their correlative biological characteristics of the food posion strains in the Vibrio papahaemolyticus. [Methods]Using 17 kinds of sheet paper that are sensitive to the different antibiotic, and adopting flat method, to do the resistance detection; Meanwhile adopting PCR to detect the tdh and trh do the serum agglutination experiment of the strain. [Results]The 50strains of detected strain show partial and plenitude resistance to β - lactamase tribe such as penicillin class, cef-operazone class ,show sensitive to amino- glucoside tribe buch as gentamycin, tobramycin, and quinolone tribe such as Ciprofloxacin, Nrfloxacin and Chloramphenicol.The 50 strain of detected strain contain six 0 clusters antigen, more than 15 serotypes. The serotypes change from the past predominatingly O1, O4,O5 to current redomiatingly O3, O1, O4. Therefore, the food poisoning caused by O3: K6 serotype is increased. [Conclusions]The 50 strains of detected strain all detect the tdh gene, and the trh gene is not detected.
