急性染毒时三硝基甲苯在小鼠体内的分布及排出

摘要 用~3H-TNT核素示踪法研究了三硝基甲苯(TNT)在小鼠体内的分布及排出规律。结果表明,给小鼠一次腹腔注射~3H-TNT后,TNT广泛分布于肝、肾、脑、睾丸及眼等组织。TNT在晶状体、房水和肝脏内的平均滞留时间(MRT)较长,分别为32.66,26.71,22.21小时,排出缓慢。脂肪和肾脏对TNT的摄取量最大,消除较快。 进入体内的TNT主要经尿排出,尿半排期为0.81天,24小时尿粪TNT排出量占5天总排出量的90%以上。尿中TNT代谢物2.6-二硝基-4-氨基甲苯排出量较TNT原形多。 This study assesses the tissues distribution and excretion of TNT in mice. 3H-TNT widely distributed in the mouse tissues after intraperitoneal injection. The mean residence times (MRT ) for lens(32.66 hr)vitraus liquor (26.71 hr ) and liver (22.21 hr ) were longer than that for brain (19.49 hr )spleen( 17.48 hr ) testis ( 16.22 hr ) and blood ( 11.78 hr ) . The distributing phase difference of various tissues indicated that TNT was prone to accumulation in eye, lens, vitraus liquor and liver. There was certain relationship between the accumulation of these tissues and TNT toxicity. Urinary was the predominant route of excretion for TNT and its metabolies, mainly dinitroamination.
