摘要
目的 对用玻璃离子粘固粉 (FujiⅨ )、银汞合金和光固化复合树脂治疗牙颈部龋的疗效进行对比观察。方法 2 34颗患牙分别用以上三种材料充填治疗 ,经 1年观察并参考USPHS临床直接评定标准评价各组疗效。结果 玻璃离子粘固粉、光固化复合树脂和银汞合金治疗总有效率分别为 81.38%、75 %和 34.2 9%。结论 FujiⅨ的玻璃离子粘固粉 ,在治疗牙颈部龋时 ,与其它两种材料相比对牙髓无刺激 ,粘结性强 ,治疗成功率高。
Objective To compare and investigate the effects of the three materials glass ionomer cement (Fuji Ⅸ)?Durafill and silver amalgam used to cure cervical caries.Methods 234 teeth with cervical caries were divided into three groups and filled by the three materials and the one year follow up results were evaluated with USPHS evaluation criteria.Results One year successful rate was 91.38% in ionomer cement,75%in Durafill and 34.29% in silver amalgam.Conclusion Comparing with two other materials Fuji Ⅸ (Japan) has no stimulation to the pulp,is more adhesive and has higher success rate.
