摘要
介绍斜楔铸件铁型覆砂铸造工艺、工装的设计及生产应用,指出应用铁型覆砂铸造工艺生产斜楔铸件可以提高产品质量,降低生产成本。
The principle and application of casting in permanent mould with coated sand facing was described.The method and pattern design of wedge cast in sand-coated permanent mould was introduced.As a result of adopting the process,casting quality was improved,and cost was reduced.
