烷基糖苷(APG)是一种新型非离子表面活性刺,具有优良的性能和广泛的用途。综述了烷基糖苷的转糖苷法和直接苷化法2种制备方法及其在界面张力、胶束结构、相行为、溶解性、泡沫力、去污力、配伍性、安全性等方面的功能特性。
Alkyl Polyglycosides (APG) was a novel nonionic surfactant and re- searchers was paying more attention to it for it's good performances and broad u- ses.In this paper two preparation techniques for APG which were the method of in- direct glycoside and direct glycoside were reviewed,further the properties were presented in the interfacial tension,structure of micell,behavior of phase,solubili- ty,formability,decontamination,compatibility,safety and so on.
