摘要 针对水中有机物浓度和种类的变化影响藻类的混凝去除的问题 ,利用色质联机和紫外分光光度检测等手段 ,研究了高铁酸盐预氧化除藻工艺对水中溶解性有机物的影响规律 .结果表明 ,虽然高铁酸盐氧化后含藻水中溶解性有机物数量及浓度增加 ,但能够被后续混凝、沉淀过程去除 ,剩余溶解性有机物浓度低于单纯硫酸铝混凝 .这些增加的有机物是由于藻类细胞在高铁酸盐氧化刺激下释放出胞内物质所致 ,它们在混凝过程中能够起到助凝剂的作用 ,提高了混凝过程中的综合除藻效率 .高铁酸盐预氧化不仅提高了藻类去除效率 ,而且能够很好地去除水中溶解性有机物 . Ultraviolet spectro-photometer and GC/MS (Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry) were used to measure the influence of algae removal by ferrate preoxidation on dissolved organic matters (DOM) in the cultured algae water samples. It was found that the concentration of DOM in the cultured algae solution was increased after ferrate (Ⅵ) oxidation, which is believed to be the result of excessive release of intracellular components by algae cells into the surrounding media caused by ferrate stimulation, and the increment can be removed by following coagulation with alum in the case of ferrate (Ⅵ) preoxidation, residual DOM concentration is lower than that of alum coagulation alone. These biopolymers secreted in response to ferrate oxidation behave as a coagulant aid in the coagulation process, increased in part the removal of algae by coagulation. Ferrate preoxidation can not only enhance the algae removal by alum coagulation, but also improve the DOM removal.
