摘要
文章根据《公民道德建设实施纲要》的精神和高校师生道德建设的实际 ,提出了加强高校道德建设的基本思路 ,坚持与时俱进 ,把高校道德建设提高到一个新的水平。
In the light of essence of Program for Citizens' Moral Construction and practical moral construction for teachers and students at colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the fundamental mode of thought that we should consolidate moral construction and persist in making progress with time passing so as to bring moral construction at colleges and universities to a new level.
