摘要
利用苄基溴对白酒中的乳酸进行酯化处理 ,以2-乙基正丁酸为内标 ,在HP-FFAP19091F -413型毛细管柱上检测。实验结果表明 ,此法测定乳酸的相对标准偏差少于0.5 %(n=7) ,回收率为95 %以上 ,线性范围为0～950mg/L,r=0.99975。该法简单、准确。
Benzyl bromide was used in the esterification of lactic acid in liquor and then the lactic acid was determined by HP-FFAP19091F-413 capillary column with 2-ethyl butyrate as internal standard. And the experimental results suggested that the relative standard deviation of this method to determine lactic acid was less than 0.5 %(n=7), the recovery rate was above 95 %, and the linear range was 0～950 mg/L, r=0.99975.
