The principle of democratic centralism is the cardinal organizational system and leadership system of the Chinese Communist Party.It is the application of Marxist epistemology and the mass line in the Party's life and the organizational construction.It is the inevitable demand of the proletarian advanced quality and world outlook.It is also a great creation of the Marxist political party.But in new historical conditions,how to maintain it is a new problem we have to face with.
