摘要
以蓖麻油为原料 ,经脱水、水解和 Didels Alder反应合成了 C2 1 二元酸。脱水反应用硫酸氢钠为催化剂 ,亚硫酸氢钠为助剂 ,用量分别为 1 .5 %和 1 % (质量分数 ) ,反应温度为 2 0 0℃ ,反应时间为 1 2 0 min。脱水蓖麻油用氢氧化钠皂化 ,再用盐酸酸化 ,得到以亚油酸为主的不饱和脂肪酸。不饱和脂肪酸和丙烯酸进行 DidelsAlder反应合成 C2 1 二元酸的适宜反应条件为亚油酸 /丙烯酸 (摩尔比 ) =1∶ (1 .2~ 1 .3 ) ,催化剂碘的用量为亚油酸质量的 0 .2 % ,反应温度 2 2 0~ 2 5 0℃ ,反应时间 2~ 3
Using castor oil as starting material, a new process for synthesis of C 21 dicarboxylic acid involving dehydration,hydrolysis and Didels Alder reaction with acrylic acid was described. The optimum dehydration conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of NaHSO 3 and NaHSO 4 catalysts was 1.5% and 1% respectively, reaction time 120 min and reaction temperature 200 ℃. The dehydrated castor oil was processed into linoleic acid through saponification and neutralization. In the presence of iodine catalyst, when the molar ratio of linoleic acid: acrylic acid was 1∶(1.21.3), reaction tpmperature 220250 ℃, reaction time 12 h, C 21 dicarboxylic acid was obtained in good yield by Diels Alder reaction.
