摘要
通过对平面单质体不等质径积同向回转振动系统的运动分析 ,运用Hamilton原理建立了该系统实现自同步运转和自同步稳定运转的条件。根据力心理论简要介绍了这种同步理论在设计大型的圆运动振动筛时的应用。分析表明 ,平面单质体不等质径积同向回转振动系统在满足一定的条件时可以实现自同步且稳定运转。用这种理论可以设计出结构简单、激振力大、噪音小的圆运动轨迹大型振动筛。
By analyzing the motion of vibrating system excited by two masses with incoordinate mass-seniidiameter product and same rotating direction, and by means of Hamilton principle, the self-synchronization working condition and steady motion condition of the system is established, and its application on designing large circle motion shaker is introduced in brief based on the exciting force center theory. The results show that this kind of system can achieve self-synchronization and motion stabilization when satisfying certain condition, and can design circle motion shaker with large exciting force and small noise pollution by using this theory.
