摘要
为探讨疗养科卫生员管理方式 ,本文分析了管理方式存在的利弊 。
To inquire into the management mode about the sanatorium's corpsmen, it is analyzed in this article that advantage and disadvantage of the main management mode, and it is suggested that the new management methods of improving the management of the corpsmen.
