摘要
目的 探讨抑癌基因 p16在大肠癌组织中的表达及其表达与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP方法对 4 5例大肠癌组织中 p16基因进行检测。 结果 4 5例大肠癌组织中 p16基因表达的阳性率为 6 2 2 % ,在高分化、中分化、低分化大肠癌中 p16基因的阳性率分别为 84 1%、5 3 4 %和2 9 3%。DukesA、B期大肠癌 p16基因的阳性率明显高于DukesC、D期 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 p16基因表达缺失与大肠癌的发生有关 ,且p16基因的表达与大肠癌的分化程度、临床分期有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppress gene p16 in human colorectal carcinoma and its relation with pathological grading,clinical staging of tumor.Methods With immunohistochemical SP method,45 cases of carcinoma in large intestine were detected in the expressions of p16 gene.Results The positive rate of p16 expression in 45 cases were 62.2%.In high,mediate and low differentiated colorectal carcinomas,the rate was 84.1%,53.4% and 29.3%.The positive rate of Dukes A,B were higher than those of Dukes C,D(P<0.05).Conclusion The inactivation of p16 gene expression is related to the colorectal cancer occurrence.Expression of the p16 gene is related with pathological grading,clinical staging.
