波形匹配对无刷直流电动机性能的影响

摘要 阐述当气隙磁场为正弦分布和定子绕组电流为准方波时,在永磁无刷直流电动机机械特性的高速段引起的非线性,并对此非线性进行了理论计算。经一台15W三相三状态稀土永磁无刷直流电动机的试验,证明了计算结果的正确性。文中还计算了永磁无刷直流电动机的空载转速和绕组导通角的关系,并提出了机械特性高速段非线性的改善措施。 It expounds that non-linearity mechanical properties would be cansed in high speed section.as the air gap magnetic field is distributed with sine-wave, and the current of stator winding with quasi-square wave in PM brushlcss dc motor,and calculated on non-linearity properties theoretically. It is proved that the calculating result is cor- rect, by test for a race-earth PM Brushles dc motor with 15 W,three-phase and three states. Besides, the relationship be- tween no-load rotating speed and winding current flow angle of the motor is calculated and put forward the improving measure of non-linearity property in high speed section in this paper.
