摘要
目的 :通过塞隆骨抗炎作用研究 ,观察塞隆骨抗炎作用 ;方法 :采用蛋清和甲醛炎症模型 ,采用冷冻法观察抗寒冷作用 ;结果 :塞隆骨对大鼠蛋清性关节炎有明显的预防作用 ,对大鼠甲醛性关节炎有明显治疗作用 ,且呈量效关系 ,与同剂量虎骨作用强度相当 ;塞隆骨还能显著延长小鼠在低温环境中的存活时间 ;其最大耐受量大于 2 40g生药 kg;结论 :塞隆骨抗炎作用明显 ,这也是其治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎的作用基础 ,同时可提高小鼠抗冷冻能力 。
To study the effects of Sailong bone on anti-inflammation. Method: All testing were performed by ig way in the albumin- or formaldehyde-induced rats models. Animals were divided into 7 groups randomly. One group serves as control (given water only), others given Sailong bone injection and distinct drugs separately. Results: There were obvious prevented and treated effects of Sailong bone on the albumin-induced and formaldehyde-induced arthritis separately. These effects had a relative response to the level of quantity of Sailong bone injection and equal valve with those of tiger-bone. The survive-time of rat was extended by Sailong-bone under cold condition. Conclusion: There are anti-inflammatory effects of Sailong bone on aspect of arthritis induced by cold weather and rheumatoid arthritis.
