摘要
目的 :探讨太极通天液在急性脑缺血后的抗细胞间粘附作用。方法 :成年雄性 Wistar大鼠 32只 ,随机分为 4组 ,即正常对照组 ,伪手术组 ,脑缺血 -再灌注损伤组 (脑缺血组 ) ,脑缺血 -再灌注损伤组加太极通天液组 (脑缺血组加太极通天液 ) ,每组为 8只大鼠。分离培养大鼠脑毛细血管内皮细胞 (Cerebral capillary vessel endothelial cell,CCEC)和多形核白细胞 (Polymorphism nuclearleucocyte,PMN) ,利用微管吸吮技术 ,观察各组 CCEC和 PMN间粘附力特性的变化。结果 :脑缺血 -再灌注后各时间点 CCEC和 PMN的粘附力和粘附应力均明显高于正常对照组和伪手术组 (P<0 .0 1) ;加太极通天液后 ,CCEC和 PMN的粘附力和粘附应力均明显下降 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :脑缺血 -再灌注损伤后 ,太极通天液可抑制 CCEC和 PMN的粘附 ,减轻脑损伤。
Objective: In order to explore the effect of Taijitongtian liquor on intercellular adhesion function in acute cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: 32 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: Control group(CG), Shamed operative group(SOG), Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injuried group(CIG)and Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injuried and Taijitongtian liquor group(CTG), and each group has 8 samples. To separate and cultivate cerebral capillary vessel endothelial cell (CCEC)and polymorphism nuclear leucocyte (PMN) of rat, and observe the change of character of CCEC and PMN in every group by mean of microburet suck technique. Results: Compared with CG and SOG, the adhesion force and adhesion stress of CCEC and PMN in the sample of SOG and CTG were higher, and there was distinctly difference( P <0.01)in different time point. After Taijitongtian liquor perfusion, the adhesion force and adhesion stress of CCEC and PMN in the sample of SOG and CTG reduce, and there was distinctly difference( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Taijitongtian liquor can inhibit adhesion function of CCEC and PMN and alleviate cerebral injury after ischemia reperfusion
