摘要
结合我国具体国情运用诺斯的国家理论建立一个适宜分析国有银行产权制度安排的模型,运用此模型分析国有银行体制演进中的国家意愿,在此基础上试图设计一种既能缩减国家权能边界又是阻力更小、更具现实可行性的国有银行股份制改造方案。
The article combines China’s unique circumstances with North’s nation theory to establish a model which can analyse the property rights of the state-owned banks.This model is used to analyse the nation’s inclination during the state-owned banks reform.The stock reform scheme of state-owned banks can be designed,which can decrease the nation’s boundary of rights,have less resistance and be practical.
