摘要
采用氨基硅油与双酚A型环氧树脂反应 ,并以此制备了一种新型糠醛丙酮环氧灌浆材料。研究了不同氨基硅油含量对改性环氧灌浆材料固结物力学性能的影响 ,确定了合成条件 ,并用热重法对改性树脂的耐热性进行了表征。结果表明 ,所制备的糠醛丙酮环氧灌浆材料的韧性和耐热性都有明显的提高。
A new type of furfurl acetone epoxy resin grouting matreials was obtained by reation of amino silicone oil and E 44 epoxy resin.The effects of various contetn of amino silicone on the properties of the mat erial were explored and the synthetic conditions were also discussed.Its heat resistnace was analyzed by means of TGA.The result showed that toughness and heat resistence.were improved obviously.
