摘要
论述了PET可降解性的意义 ,影响因素及改进的方法。控制PET废弃物在自然界存在的时间 ,避免对环境的污染 ,对其可持续发展十分有利。改性PET的可降解性需降低该聚合物的结晶性及玻璃化温度 ,采用的方法直加入改性的第三单体共聚和与易水解的脂肪族聚酯需进行反应性共混。共聚的单体多为二元醇类 ,加量只有 2 %~ 5 % ,改性后的PET水解敏感性有很大提高。
The importance,influence factors and improvement of PET degradation is discussed.It is profitable for the sustainable development of aromatic PET to control the existing time of PET waste material in nature,avoid the pollution on the enviroment.To improve the degradation of PET,reduction of the crystallinity and glass transition temperature of the polymer is required.The method used is to add modified third monomer for copolymerization and make the reaction compound with the hydrolytical aliphatic polyester.The monomer used for copolymerization is binary alcohol,adding volume is 2%~ 5%,the hydrolytical sensitive of modified PET is improved a lot.
