摘要
为加快新型装备形成战斗力的步伐,减少新型装备建设过程中的失误,本文结合近几年抓新型装备建设的实践,借鉴美俄军队武器装备发展中的成功做法,及信息技术和系统集成对军队战斗力的重大影响,对新型装备建设应注意的几个问题进行探索.新型装备建设作为带动我军质量建设的龙头,促进武器装备整体作战效能和部队整体作战能力提高的"加速器",对我军建设强大的战斗力必将产生深远的影响;必须注重加强顶层设计和科学指导,做到软技术与硬技术并重,理论研究与装备研制协调发展,整体规划,系统建设,全面提高部队武器装备的整体作战效能.
To accelerate the combat capacity for the equipment of new type and reduce the faults of construction, the writer couples the practice of the construction in these years and sucks the successful methods of American and Russian army, and the great effect on the combat ability which the information technology and system integration have, the writer makes some necessary quests. As the tap of the quality construction and the accelerated ware of advancing the whole combat ability, the equipment construction must affect the construction of powerful ability greatly. So we must strengthen the top design and science director, to make the soft technique on a par with the hard technique, to develop the theory study and the equipment preparation harmoniously, then the whole planning, system construction and the overall improvement of the weapons' abilities.
