摘要
我国利用外资存在的主要问题是投资环境不理想、外资的技术溢出效应没有充分发挥出来、利用外资还有“禁区”。提高利用外资水平,必须采取多种策略获取国外先进技术,坚持不懈整顿和规范市场经济秩序,改善国内融资环境。
The problems in China s application of foreign capital are mainly unideal investment enviroment, inadequate efficiency of the overflow of foreign techniques and ' forbidden area' in applying foreign capital. If the level of applying foreign capital needs to be upgraded, various measures must be taken to achieve foreign advanced techniques and meanwhile to stick to recongnizing and standardizing the economical order in market to better the civil environment of capital collection.
