外资银行参股中资银行的动机,既出于短期内的利润回收,还在于为大规模、长期进入中国金融市场作准备。基于外资银行参股可能带来的不利影响,中国金融监管机构必须做好充分准备,预防风险。
The motives of foreign capital banks' purchase shares of the Chinese capital banks lie both in profit reclamation in a short time and in preparation for entering China s financial market in a large scale and for a long time. Because of the disadvantage affects of share purchasing by foreign capital banks, China's financial control organizations must make full preparations to prevent crisis.
