摘要
本文针对高师院校大学生身心发展过程中存在的实际问题和心理需要 ,构建了以自我教育、智能发展教育 ,人际和谐教育 ,健康人格教育和积极防病教育为结构的教育目标体系 ,并结合近几年的育人工作实践 ,就如何提高高师院校心理健康教育的实效进行了概括和总结。
According to the practical problems existing in the mental and physical developing process of students in higher teachers colleges and their psychological needs,this paper constructs an educational objective system which includes self-education,mental ability development education,harmonious interpersonal relation education,healthy personality education,and the active psychological disease-prevention education. Combined with the educational practice in recent years,the ways of how to improve the implementation of psychological health education is also summarized in the paper.
