摘要
目的 :观察给予部分静脉营养 ( PPN)是否有助于提高危重新生儿的治愈率。方法 :对 60例危重新生儿积极治疗原发病并根据一般情况给予胃肠营养。观察组 32例经外周静脉输入营养液 ,监测有关指标 ,并与对照组 2 8例比较。结果 :观察组治愈率优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :营养支持对危重新生儿至关重要 ,危重新生儿应用部分静脉营养安全有效。
Objective:To observe whether partial parenteral nutrition(PPN)is helpful to improve the cure rate of severe neonatal patients.Methods:60 severe neonatal patients were treated and provided with gastroenferic nutrition according to the general condition.The observed group( n =32) was infused for venous nutrition through peripheral vein. Some related indexes were measured and compared with those of the control group ( n =28). Results:Cure rate of the observed group is higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional support is very important to severe neonates.Partial parenteral nutrition is safe and effective.
