巨型试件断裂韧度和高混凝土坝裂缝评定的断裂韧度准则 被引量:30

摘要 本文采用最大尺寸为3.6×3.0×0.2m的巨型紧凑拉伸试件进行了混凝土断裂实验.发现当试件高度达到2m时,所测得的断裂韧度K_(IC)值与试件尺寸无关。因此线弹性断裂力学可以很好地应用于大体积混凝土结构的裂缝稳定性分析和改进水工结构的设计方法。研究结果表明,对于象高混凝土坝那样的大体积混凝土结构的I型裂缝评定问题,可以采用断裂韧度K_(IC)作为断裂准则。 The tests on concrete fracture were carried out by using huge compact tension specimens with maximum dimensions 3.6×3.0×0.2m. Itwas found that the measured values of fracture toughness K_(IC) of concrete are independent of the sizes of the specimens when the height of the specimens are larger than 2m. Therefore, linear elastic fracture mechanics can be applied to stability analyses of cracks in mass concrete structures and to improving design methods of hydraulic structures. The results obtained show that the parameter of fracture toughness of concrete K_(IC) can be taken as a fracture criterion for judging the stability of cracks in mass concrete structures, such as the high concrete dams.
