摘要
建立了一种简便可行的测定溶栓药物与纤维蛋白亲和力的方法 ,对我院自制的链激酶、尿激酶和对茴香酰纤溶酶原链激酶激活剂复合物进行测定 ,并作比较 。
A convenient and reliable method to analyze the fibrin affinity of thrombolitic agents has been developed. By using this approach, the fibrin affinities of SK, UK and APSAC obtained from our institute were tested, and the results were in good accordance with those reported.
