摘要
目的 观察鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔置管治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法 将 2 0 0 0年 1月至 12月间施行该术式的 2 5例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 本组患者随访短者3月 ,长者 15月 ,平均 7 2月。治愈 2 3例 ,占 92 0 % ,好转 2例 ,占 8 0 %。结论 该手术方式易操作 ,创伤小 ,不影响面部美观 ,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种较理想的方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of chronic dacryocystitis with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 25 cases (25 eyes) accepting the operation from Jan.to Dec.2000.Results The patients were followed up for 3 to 15 months (mean 7.2 months).23 cases (92.0%) get cured and 2 cases (8.0%) improved.Conclusion This kind of operation is easy to perform, causes little trauma and keeps the face beautiful,so it's an ideal therapeutic method for chronic dacryocystitis.
