摘要
目的 探讨白内障超声乳化吸出术后角膜水肿的原因和防治方法。方法 观察 111眼超声乳化术后角膜情况 ,分析角膜水肿原因并讨论处理和预防措施。结果 术后早期87 3 9%角膜水肿 ,其中内皮线状浑浊 5 2 2 % ;内皮点片状浑浊15 3 2 % ;角膜基质弥漫水肿 19 8%。结论 角膜水肿与多因素有关 ,避免角膜内皮损伤 ,主要应以预防为主。
Objective The study was designed to investigate the reason and management of the corneal edema at the early postoperative stages of phacoemulsification.Methods Observing the state of corneal of 111 eyes at the early postoperative stages of phacoemulsification to analysis the raeson management and preventive treatment of the corneal edema.Results 87.39% postoperative corneal edema,including 52.2% endothelial linear cloudiness, 15.32% endothelial punctate and alopacia cloudiness,19.8% stromal diffuse edema.Conclusion Corneal edema at the early postoperative stages was associated with many factors.To avoid endothelial injured,precaution was principal.
