目前．世界汽车产业界非常关注东欧国家汽车工业的现状和未来发展，并正把东欧作为各自投资的新热点。介绍东欧政治经济新格局，东欧汽车工业现状和国外对东欧策略，独联体、捷克、波兰、匈牙利、罗马尼亚等主要东欧国家的汽车市场和汽车工业概况；同时对东欧汽车业前景进行展望。
At present, the automotive circles in world take much more cares of present Status and future development of automotive industries in the eastern europe countries, and consider to take the eastern europe countries as their new investment places respectively. The paper introduces the new form of political and economic aspect in eastern europe, present status in eastern europe automotive industry and the strategies adopted by foreign countries for eastern europe countries, the summaries of automotive markets and automotive industries in eastern europe countries of the Commonwelth of the Independent States, Czech, Poland, Hungary, Romania, etc. and make a prospect of eastern europe automotive industry at the same time.
