摘要
对山葡萄雄株在花前 2 0d用 6 BA、KT 30S沾花序处理 ,进行性别转换试验 ,KT 30S 10 0mg/kg的效果稳定可靠 ,花序坐果率达 96 .7% ,雄株系间果实性状存在较大差异。性别转换雄株的种子具有较高的发芽率 ,最高可达 2 4.34 %。
Through the sex conversion experiment of Vitis amurensis , it was found that the effect of 100mg/kg KT-30S on the sex conversion of male plants was most stable and reliable in the treatments of 6-BA or KT-30S that was used 20 days before flowering, as a result,the fruit setting rate of inflorescence could reach 96.7%. It was also found that there were differences in the fruit characters among different male plants. There was high germination percentage of seeds in conversion plants and the highest was 24.34%.
