摘要
采用 4处理 (0 ,6 0 ,90 ,12 0 m g/kg脲酶抑制剂添加组 ) 3重复单因子设计 ,每个处理 10 6只 AA商品肉仔鸡 ,试验期共为 4 9d,研究了脲酶抑制剂对肉仔鸡血氨、肠氨及环境氨气浓度的影响。结果表明 ,各浓度脲酶抑制剂添加组均显著降低了 2 1d肉仔鸡血氨、大肠内容物氨气浓度 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;12 0 m g/kg脲酶抑制剂添加组显著降低了 2 1d小肠氨气浓度 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;90 ,12 0 mg/kg脲酶抑制剂添加组显著降低了 4 2 d肉仔鸡小肠氨气浓度 ;各浓度脲酶抑制剂添加组均显著或极显著地降低了人工气候舱内氨气浓度 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。
Four dietary treatments with three replicates which supplemented with 0,60,90 and 120 mg urease inhibitor/kg respectively,106 AA commercial broiler chicks were assigned to one of each replicates to study the effect of urease inhibitor on metaboliza ammonia and environmental ammonia in broilers.The plasma ammonia levels lowered ( P <0.05 or P <0.01) by diet containing urease inhibitor at 21 days of age.The experimental result of big intestine ammonia was similar as the plasma ammonia.The diet supplemented with 120 mg urease inhibitor decreased significantly ( P <0.05).The small intestine ammonia concentration,which was lower ( P <0.05) in chickens fed with diet containing 90,120 mg/kg urease inhibitor than that of the control group at 42 days of age.The urease inhibitor had effect on environmental ammonia,which was markedly lower ( P <0.05 or P <0.01) in chambers where the chickens were fed with diet supplemented with urease inhibitor than that of the control group.
