摘要
以盆栽德国鸢尾 (IrisgermanicaL .)和松果菊 (EchinaceapurpureaMoench .)试材 ,研究了水分胁迫对这两种旱生花卉形态指标生理生化指标的影响。结果表明 ,在水分胁迫期间 ,叶片的组织含水量 ,叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量呈下降趋势 ;还原糖含量在水分胁迫初期增加 ,然而在后期却减少 ;细胞膜透性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量呈上升趋势 ;而蛋白质含量则变化复杂。同时表明 ,松果菊比德国鸢尾反应敏感 ,说明德国鸢尾比松果菊有较强的抗旱性。
The study used the potted Iris germanica L. and Echinacea purpurea Moench. as experimental material and researched the effect of water stress on physiology and biochemistry of two terrestrial flowers The results showed that the water content of leaf tissue, chlorophyll content and carotenoid decreased while the cell membrane leakage and malondelhyde (MDA)contents increased The reducing sugar contents increased at the beginning of water stress and decreased later As for the protein contents, it had an irregular change At the same time, because Echinacea purpurea was more sensitive to water stress than Iris germanica,Iris germanica had more drought resistance than Echinacea purpurea
