摘要
从工作实践经验出发 ,系统地总结了搞好期刊管理应采取的一些措施和办法 ,如完善馆藏结构、加强科学管理。
Starting from the experiences of working practice, this paper sums systematically up several measures and methods of doing well the management of periodicals, such as perfecting the structure of holdings, strengthening scientific management, improving traditional service mode, etc.
