摘要
氧化铝企业在上世纪生产工艺和装备发生了很大的变化 ,安全管理内函也有了新的突破。首次提出了工艺安全管理的概念 ,并对工艺安全管理在氧化铝厂的影响做了简要分析 ,论述了工艺安全管理的特性及实施工艺安全管理的途径。对其他相关企业的安全管理也有一定的指导作用。
Great changes have been taken on the process and equipment of alumina industries at the end of last century.The new breakthrough has also been achieved in the connotation of safety management.The concept of process safety management is firstly put forward in the paper and its influence to the alumina enterprises is briefly analysed.The author describes the characters of the process safety management and the way to implement the process safety management,which can be helpful to the safety management of other related enterprises.
