压力容器壳体拐点边界效应浅析

摘要 通过边界条件分析 ,对圆筒和各种常用封头相连接时的边界效应进行比较 ,在同等条件下 ,壳体拐点处由于边界效应引起的总应力水平 ,从小到大依次为圆筒和球形封头、椭圆形封头、碟形封头、锥形封头。圆筒和球形封头、椭圆形封头、碟形封头相连时 ,圆筒的厚度只须按一次总体薄膜应力进行确定 ,而不必另行考虑其边界效应引起的二次应力问题。而圆筒和锥壳相连时 ,由于两者间的经向薄膜力方向不连续 ,无论大端还是小端的总应力极易超过其控制值 ,为此需增设加强段。 Through the boundary condition analysis the boundary effect at the joi nt between the body and various heads of cylindrical vessels were compared. It was concluded that at the same condition, the total stress caused by the boundary effect at the in flection joint between the cylindrical body and different heads ranged from low to high: spherical head, elliptical head, dished head and conic head. When cylin drical body is jointed with spherical head, elliptical head, or dished head, the thickness of the body is determined only by considering the general film stress but not the second stress aroused from the boundary effect. Whereas, when cylin drical body is jointed with conic head, because of the un-continuity of the dire ction of the longitude force in between, the total stress, whether at the normal end or reduced end of the head, can easily surpass the stress level controllabl e by the head. Hence, a reinforcement section is required.
