摘要
要推动广东省产业结构的调整,应控制工业总量的过度扩张,适度降低第二产业的比重,加快第三产业的发展。同时,产业结构调整要与扩大内需、加入WTO联系起来。在“十五”时期产业结构的调整中,广东省政府需要从改进产业结构调整的薄弱环节,支持产业结构升级的重点环节,促进产业国际竞争力的增强,继续解决不合理的重复建设问题等方面起推动和促进作用。
To push the industrial structural adjustment of Guangdong province, we should control expansion of the second industry and enhance development of the third industry. At the same time, we should connect the industrial structure adjustment to the enlargement of the domestic demand and the entry of WTO. During the tenth five-year-plan, Guangdong should strengthen the weak parts, give more support to the stressed part, promote the international competitiveness, and avoid the repeated construction.
