摘要
基于信息技术特别是互联网技术的电子商务使世界经济形势、贸易方式、经济结构发生了深层次变革 ,同时电子商务提供了更为公平的贸易竞争 ,因而推动了全球经济的发展。中国正面临着发展电子商务的机遇 ,应采取明智策略和有效的行动 ,在高起点上实现跨越式发展。
E-busines based on IT,especially on network technology,has made an in-depth change in the world's economic situation,trade patterns and economic structure;in the meantime e-business has provided a moer fair trade competition and hence promoted the global economy's development.China is now faced with the opportunity of developing e-business,so it should take wise strategies and effective actions to realize its development in giant strides at higher starting points.
