摘要
文章提出运用价值链理论分析企业竞争优势的基本思路 ,分析在操作中遇到的障碍 ,并提出引入作业成本法和价值工程消除这些障碍 ,形成以价值链为基本框架、价值工程和作业成本法为工具的分析企业竞争优势体系 。
This paper, by employing the value chain theory, analyses how to obtain enterprise competition advantage, and the relative hindrance in practical operation, and argues to apply the operation cost method and value project to the remove of the hindrance, in order to construct an enterprise competition advantage analysis system thereof value chain be the framework, operation cost method and value project be analysis tools. Finally, this paper discusses the concrete steps of enterprise competition advantage analysis.
