摘要
随着国有企业现代企业制度建设步伐的加快 ,经营者报酬制度的改革和建设也取得了较大成效。本文选择了一些具有代表性的试点方案进行了比较、分析和评价 ,对各自的特点作了概括 ;同时 ,对我国股权激励的特征及遇到的障碍作了简要分析。
With the establishment of the state-owned enterprises' modern corporate system, great achievements have been made in the reform of the operators' pay system. This paper makes a comparison , analysis and evaluation of some representative trial projects, summarizes the respective specialties and then makes an analysis of our country's stock right stimulation character and the barriers in doing so.
