摘要
产业政策的实质是政府通过干预资源在产业部门之间的配置 ,以达到优化产业结构的目的。在我国目前渐进式改革、经济结构调整以及增强国际经济竞争力的背景下 ,推行产业政策具有重要意义。文章提出为了与市场取向的改革相配合 ,我国产业政策应定位于鼓励创新、提倡竞争、扶持幼稚产业 。
The essentials of industrial policy is to optimize the industrial structure through government interference with resource allocation. Nowadays, China meets the great challenge such as Gradually-reform, adjustment of economy structure and enhancing international competition, which bring industrial policy into prominence. In order to coordinate market-oriented reform, the kernel of industrial policy is to encourage innovation, advocate competition, support infant-industry and so on.
