摘要
质量功能配置QFD作为沟通顾客需求与产品开发的方法已较成熟 ,但在业务过程优化方面的应用尚处于探索之中。通过对BPR特点和QFD实现机制的深入分析 ,结合应用实例 ,介绍将QFD应用于业务过程优化的方法和实施步骤。
Quality Function Deployment has been successfully applied as an approach in connecting custom requirements and products development while its application in business process optimization is still under exploring. This paper deeply studies the mechanism of application of QFD in the field of BPR and puts forward a solution of business process optimizing based on QFD method.
