摘要
目的 探讨心脏粘液瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法 2 1例心脏粘液瘤通过病史、体征、心电图、超声心动图进行诊断 ,在低温体外循环下进行瘤体切除。结果 全组无手术和早期死亡 ,未见瘤体复发和远处种植转移 ,心功能恢复到I级 (NY HA)。结论 超声心动图是检出心腔内心脏肿瘤最有效方法 ,一旦明确诊断 。
Objective To review the diagnosis and treatment of the primary myxoma of heart. Methods 21 cases of myxoma of heart were diagnosed through comprehensive data of history, signs and auxilliary examination including electrocardiogram and echocardiography. All of the tumors were removed with moderate hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. Results There was no operative and early postoperative death. The patients didn't show symptoms and signs of recurrence and metastasis during a follow up of 0.5～ 18 year. All patient's cardiac function recovered to I degree(NYHA).Conclusion Ecocardiography is one of the most effective methods to detect the myxoma, and once the diagnosis is confirmed, the patients should accept surgical treatment as soon as possible.
