摘要
利用带有紫外检测器和C1 8色谱柱的高效液相色谱仪 ,在流动相甲醇 +乙腈 +水 =3+3+1,波长 2 0 0nm ,流速 1ml/min的条件下对溴虫腈具有较好的分离与定量。本方法平均回收率99 6 % ,变异系数 0 30 % ,符合分析要求。
Sample of chlorfenapyr were separated and detected by HPLC with UV detector on C 18 column at 200nm,1ml/min The mobile phase consisted of CH 3CN,CH 3OH and H 2O at the ratio of 3:3:1 Result was good The average recoveries and coefficients of variation of the method were 99 6% and 0 30% respectively
