高校图书馆报纸信息资源的开发与利用,首先要提高检索效率。为此,必须要有新的开发思路。
To develop and utilize the newspaper and periodical information of the library in institutions of higher learning, efficiency of consultation must be improved first, so a new train of thought of development is essentual.
