摘要
民办职业技术学院的异军突起,是20世纪末中国教育的一道醒目的风景线.在公办高校大扩招的形势下,民办职业技术学院依然能在夹缝中发展壮大,且创造了良好的市场信誉,足见其旺盛的生命力.本文试图通过民办职业技术学院与公办学校在办学理念、师资队伍、管理风格等方面的比较分析,为公办学校的改革和发展提供一些可资借鉴的经验.
Vocational technical colleges run by the local people,developing fast,are a conspicuous scenic line of the China education in the late twentith century. With the number of graduates in the state-operated universities increasing, Vocational technical college run by the local people are still growing strongly and create good market credit. All above verify that the local people-run college have great viatality.This paper aim to provide some valuable experience for the reform and development of the state-run university through comparision and analysis of the ideals,faculty and administrative style between vocational technical colleges run by the local people and state-operated universities .
