摘要
在计划经济时期形成并不断完善的农业科技进步体制越来越暴露出明显的不适应 ,直接影响到农民收入水平的提高乃至于农村社会的稳定 ,因而必须探索建立新型的农业科技成果产业化目标模式 ,促进政府、企业和民间组织分工合作、优势互补 ,政府集中于公益性技术领域 ,企业侧重于盈利性技术开发 ,民间技术经济组织专注于转化中介 ,形成上下贯通、反馈及时、运转灵活、持续高效的农业科技成果产业化体系。
The advancement system of agriculture Science and Technology, which is formed in Planned Economy, has becoming maladjustment and influncing farmer's income increase and rural society stabilization. It is needed to quest for new pattern of Agriculture Science and Technology industriazation goal to facilitate govement, firms and NGOs to cooperate, to complement each other with their advantages. Government should focus on commonweal area. Firms commit themselives to frofits. Informal technology organizations devote to transform. To do these, agriculture Science and Technology Industriazation system will be feedback in time, run agility, persistence and high efficiency.
