增生性瘢痕的形成与组织中肿瘤坏死因子含量相关性的研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的为了解肿瘤坏子因子-α(TNF-α)在不同时期增生性瘢痕组织中的含量及分布情况,探讨TNF-α在增生性瘢痕发生、发展过程中的作用。方法利用TNF-α、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞的单克隆抗体对实验收集的不同时期增生性瘢痕组织(33例)、正常瘢痕(5例)的石蜡切片进行免疫组织化学染色。结果随着增生性瘢痕组织的逐渐成熟,TNF-α的阳性细胞的百分比呈阶段性递增趋势。结论生性瘢痕的形成可能与TNF-α在组织中的含量降低有关。 Objective To understand the role of TNF α in the different period of hypertuophic scar. Method The percentage of TNF α cells was analyzed in hypertrophic scar (n=33) and normotrophic scar (n=5) biopsies Using monoclonal antibodies and immunoperoxidase staining of paraffin tissue sections. Result As the hypertrophic scars getting mature ,there was a significant increase in activated infiltrating cells capable of producing TNF α.In contrast, The percentage of TNF α positive cells with hypertrophic scars was significantly lower than that detected in normotrophic scars.Conclusion The maturation of hypertrophic scar might be partially a consequence of a relatively high amount of TNF α.
